24HR SERVICE NOT WORKING/WORTH IT ESPECIALLY AFTER 21H00

At exactly 23h20 when I arrived at KFC The Groove (Mbombela). Our Order was taken at 00h23 due to slow movement in the Q. Food delivered at 00h53. Well this has always been the case whenever I buy KFC after 10h00. This branch sells the most freshest KFC you can ever find in town hence I dont give up on them but the service after hours is just not working. It really needs to be fixed because it is an issue of everyday.
