Went to the KFC Richards Bay Drive Thru to buy at 05:40, and the drive thru screen was not logged IN, and the security guard was busy turning the menus to show breakfast menus, we waited for about 10 minutes and drove around as there was no one assisting, we drove back to the ordering screen again still not logged IN and the time was about 06:15, and we drove to the collection window and a lady there told US they were busy with the shift change, and we placed the order and had to wait a further 30 minutes without any JOY, and we had to ask a lady by the name of Philile that how long should we wait as she was busy counting the money instead of helping. We had to leave empty handed as it was a getting ridiculous
