20 plus minutes to wait for my order with no acknowledgement from kfc staff

I placed an order on the kfc kiosk in store. Paid with card. I then placed another order on the kiosk and paid with another card. These 2 transactions were done between 1807 and 1810. I stood at the collection counter waiting for my 2 orders. Not 1 single KFC employee acknowledged me or enquired if I am helped. I eventually got my 2 orders at 1834. Over 20 minutes wait. I had to eventually make a scene to get someone's attention. Duma asst manager tried to assist me saying sorry for the inconvenience. The same line that always get said. Then I get my order. No coke zeros. Also no coleslaw. This was not mentioned all the time I was waiting(20 minutes). Really KFC. There is just no customer service at all at this store. Would really appreciate feedback on my unpleasant experience at KFC Newton Park
