20 minute wait for curbside order and still have not been delivered

I placed an order online for curbside collection. When arriving at the curbside the bays were full of s******s.

This was my first time doing a curbside collection. I waited in the parking bay for almost 20 minutes then decided to go into the store. I asked for the manager when arriving I explained to him and he advised sorry there is an issue with the system he will sort me out now. The slip was in the printer since my order has been placed no one has even looked at it.

Other than the manager telling me his sorry and the system is an issue there was no attempt to put me at ease about coming to that kfc again.

This is not the 1st issue I have had at KFC Tokai main road. I have complained months ago about the sundae I ordered that was so soft it was rather a milkshake. I sent the issue through on the kfc customer careline and they called with the solution one of the managers will call me. I am still waiting on that phone call.

Pathetic service, in the current situation the world is in every company should be striving to hold on to all clients they have.
