2 n half hour to make a box master

Had the worst experience @ KFC Eyethu Orange farm mall... I bought 2 box masters, after 1 n half hour they are telling me there's no lettuce. Had to wait another 30 Min to prepare it. When I went to check my order, they are telling me another story that they are waiting for a fillet. When I cancel the order, they are giving me attitude (YOLISA and her manager). Like for real, I can't wait for 2 n half hours for a box master with no lettuce.. so disappointed
