2 MONTHS LATER NO REFUND

CAS-967777 - This is the case number where I requested a refund for my failed order on NUMEROUS occasions. I have yet to receive this refund. Its R204 and everytime I speak to someone they escalate and escalate. I made this order 2 months ago, my money was removed from my bank account within seconds but this is how long it takes to refund me. DISGUSTING! To date I have no feedback, no assistance and all your call center staff are clueless. I have now called in 35 times and 25 of those were dropped.
