15 minutes waiting for drive through orders

Westville dbn kFC had the most tardy service I have personally experienced not once but on every occasion whether its been served inside the store or via drive thru. Complaints to the floor manager just goes up in dust as she is unqualified to address service and extremely long delivery of orders. This is my last visit and maybe my taste for KFC.
