15, 20 minutes I understand, but THIRTY?

Went to the KFC in Observatory twice in one week and waited for over 15 minutes for food. Monday night there was only one till open and about 17 people in the line; then waited for 30 minutes food after which I was informed upon receiving my order that the chicken had needed 10 minutes to cook ?

Went today and there were more tills open but y’all STILL taking decades to serve orders. As far as I understand it shouldn’t take more than 15 to 20 minutes but then ??♀️ I waited half and hour so who knows
