14th Avenue KFC - Roodepoort ... What A Nightmare

<p>So ... After numerous times of visiting this KFC I have finally decided to write a review.</p> <p>EVERYTIME I go there, I have a problem! EVERYTIME one of my Family Members or Friends go there, they too have a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never like to write up bad reviews but this is definitely needed. My boyfriend and I went there consecutively about 3 times over the weekend to get a Krusher and some Wings ... Typically ... we wait for 20 minutes at the Window until someone eventually decides to help us, then we get told they have no Ice Cream ... I'm sorry? Can you not put up a sign if it's such an ongoing problem? And the damn service .. Well I can't complain about the service because there is none! The attitude we always get, I'm so sorry for wanting to spend my money there.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after waiting for more than 20 Mins ... We decide to go to the KFC at Palm Courts in Weltevreden Park ( MY ULTIMATE FAVOURITE KFC) where we get exceptional service! I have NEVER driven away feeling unsatisfied there.</p> <p> </p> <p>So maybe the KFC on 14th Avenue can adopt some habits?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made a promise to NEVER support that KFC again, I will rather drive out more petrol than be treated like **** and not get what I ask for ... EVERYTIME ...</p>
