11 Lucy KFC CNR Bree &Sauer

<p>I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at KFC today, I ordered a veggie Burger and was advised there's no lettuce I waited out to listen to alternative options and the teller 11 Lucy showed no interest and had the worst attitude. I was very patient with her and didn't even ask my partner what he wanted. I wanted a Krusher instead of a cold drink and she was like "we can't do a transaction like that it will be more" so what I'm paying. If she doesn't like her job its not our problem. Please offer more customer service training and advise her she may never know who the next customer is. This happened just now at 20:12 5/11. Never going back there.</p>
