10c from 1 000 cutsomers every day = R3000 per month....just off ice cream

I visited the KFC branch in Blu Valley Mall yesterday to purchase a soft twirl for my son. Amazingly, the menu says that the ice cream is R5.90, so does the slip when you receive it but the lady taking the order insists that it's R6 and then you receive no change. Is this KFC's way of making a quick buck of innocent, unknowing customers or is it the staff member? either way you do the calc of 10c on your average soft twirls for the day, then multiply by 30 or 31 depending on how many days in the month and tell me how much you are robbing your loyal customers for. 10c...small amount....principle and ethics behind it = brand disrepute. I mean this is just ice cream. 10c on every item sold could work out to a hell of a lot more.
