1 hour wait through drivethrough

Last night .. after visiting umhlanga beach .. the kids were hungry so we decided to go through the drive through at kfc coastlands hotel.. there we stood for 15 min in a line with our car before we ordered food.. we then waited another 45 minutes to get our food.. the kids were crying profusely in the car because they were hungry .. I actualy had to ask the cashier to get me a packet of chips just to keep the kids quiet... the staff seemed aggitated and was on a slow down.. they seemed understaffed.. and tge manager there didnt seem bothered about the long wait .. I actually had to get kfc to pay for my parking because its only 45 minutes free.. I am disgusted with their service and will not be visiting their branch again
