1 hour and 35 minutes to deliver

<p>Called through to the KFC at Northway mall at 13:25 to deliver, I was told that it would take 30-45 minutes to deliver. I placed my order and waited. At 14:20 I called the branch to enquire about the order, and was told that the driver had left about 10 minutes prior, and that she would call the driver to see where he is and then call me back. I waited and received no call, I then called the store back at around 14:45, and asked to speak to the manager who just as the staff member was very rude and did not bother. I asked them to contact the driver and cancel the order. </p> <p>At 15:00 the driver showed up at my house, I then informed him that we called and cancelled the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at this branch is terrible! I would not advice anyone to order from them for delivery. They don't even have the decency to apologise. </p>
