My father's birthday was RUINED by KFC. He wanted KFC and we ordered from the call centre *** at 5pm and they said 30 to 40 Min. ....it arrived at 6.40pm STONE COLD. We then had to heat it up in the oven. I'm so upset I cannot express in words.!!!!
