1 hour 34 mins (and counting) for ONE meal to be delivered!

Ordered a family meal from KFC Grand West at 19h49 for delivery. They said it would take 30 mins. It is 21h23 and I still haven't received it. The manager was trying to get hold of the driver's company but struggled for 40 minutes to contact (after I had already been waiting an hour and 7 minutes of waiting for the order to arrive). She just called back and said the driver's company was meant to call me, but I still haven't heard from them. It's 1 hour 34 mins since I placed my order. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. KFC
