My husband and I just had the most terrible experience at kfc. After driving twice around the drive thru an hour and a half before it closed, no one opened the window. When someone eventually opened, the lady was basically asleep and did not even open her eyes to help us and keeps on asking us to repeat ourselves because she is sleeping.... then they got our order wrong. This is really upsetting
