Terrible customer service

I usually order from the drive through but tonight I went in store because I wanted to get a bigger menu variety. I walked in and the store was empty and I greeted the cashier and she greeted back. Immediately after that she starts shouting at her colleague who was at the door for a good 20 seconds.

She then goes to ask me what I’m going to order and I tell her. She asks for my method of payment and I tell her I’m paying by card. She then tells me to go use the kiosk to place my order.

The **** up comes where I ended up getting 12 mini loaves instead of 3 because the machine registered the order as 3 x 4.

Her attitude really sucked and I don’t think I’d be going to KFC Waterstone again. I don’t think I’ll even use their drive through for that matter.
