Service delay

I am extremely disappointment with the service I received at your branch on 07/02/2025. I placed and paid for my order at 18:51, but only received it at 19:35 When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that they were short-staffed. I believe customers should be informed in advance if there will be a delay of 30 - 40 minutes. This lack of communication is unacceptable and affects customer satisfaction.
