Pathetic service - wish could give a zero

Pathetic service. As I walked in for a change (mistake), a KFC employee was outside intimately hugging a Takealot delivery guy. I stood at counter for couple of minutes with no in sight, until lady from outside returned. I placed my order and was told the eggs will take 4 minutes (used to be 3 minutes in the past). On my return (after ± 10minutes) enjoying a smoke, 3 ladies behind the counter asked me if they could help me. I showed them my order. Order was not showing on screen and clearly they didn't prepare it yet, since I had to wait another 5 minutes. I requested a Cream Soda free of charge for my inconvenience. Cashier called manager and I explained my frustration and insisted on a drink. She told me sorry they can't do that. Pathetic service - even worse than drive through.
