KFC (FAILURE, no FLAVOUR, lacking FRIENDLINESS)

Poorest quality and an embarrasment to a global brand. The presentation, quality, service and lack of staff good behaviour and friendliness is all lacking at this outlet on Blaauberg road, Village centre. Dunked wings resembled a dry unappealing and no flavour, colonel burger looks like it was bought at a (school tuck shop). Presenaation of chicken dry no flavour 11herbs and spices was an insult to the brand....got a better mix at my local spice shop. The branch branding is either a front to draw consumers but this cannot be a KFC brand because they fail dismally on all fronts on what the brand repesents. Can someone please direct to a KFC which meets the traditions attached to the brand. The sad part is that this is not the first time and not my first complaint (last response "we sorry').
