Fork ice cream business

Ordered oreo treats and there was no s****s, this is the second time am encountering such. They surprise you with a fork when it's time to receive the order. Can the person responsible for the s****s do their job, eating ice cream with a fork it's not on. I suggest you ask the customer if their okay with this fork business before they pay.
