Kfc Vaalmall is a no no for me

Last night went to Kfc Vaalmall to buy family meal on take away. It wasn't even busy, I placed my order on a drive thru, when I went to collect my order, the collection window was closed. I waited for few minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Meanwhile I could see staff inside, I thought oh well le me get inside, to my surprise the doors where closed, I could see some of the staff sitting outside smoking, nobody even said anything or attempted to tell me what's going on. Not knowing what to do I drove back to drive thru and demanded my money back. I was then told the staff was changing shifts etc , what a lousy excuse! So when the shifts are changing customers should be treated like trash?
