KFC Vaal Mall terrible service

Waited 40 minutes in drive thru for 2 snack burgers and 2 brekkies just the wrap- nobody communicating why it is taking so long. Not even rush hour! I will tell everybody of the terrible service at KFC Vaal mall. Will not return!
