Bad customer service
Good evening; I am so disappointed in KFC vaal customer service. I ordered around 16:30 at kiosk with no assistance and on top of the had to help another customer while the was a lady that works there next me. I had to ask her to assist the lady because the lady was struggling while she seemed not to be interested in help either me or her. So I had to go and do some shopping while waiting for my order. Then when I comeback she was rude and asked me who did I tell that I had an order and went out because that is not allowed I feel very disrespectful because she was talking me in a very bad manner in front of other customer. But the funny part is that she was kind and asked white customer if the are being helped. On top on that on the same day I was not the only customer that she was rude towards. Please train your staff to a proper customer customer because they don't seem to care at all.
