KFC do not value customers or customers time. They just want your money in their pockets.
Please be weary of KFC Thorn street Uitenhage. Their front desk Supervisor Sam is a ****. He de***** you from your purchase. He states that your slip did not generate and unfortuantly they cannot give you your order. You show him the proof of payment and than tell you to come back the next day and whilest he know he is off. Also KFC customer service subpar,no real integrity and centricity.Don't think they will ever seen me again in their stores after i now must beg to get my money back.
