I am not happy about the kind of service that I recieved on 2026-10-11 rendered by Mdero *** transaction number***.He was very negative when attending me even when I request a small thing like salt the way he responded to me was not good.When I was buying streetwise I forgot to tell him which parts that I prefer,I did not like the way he was addressing me

KFC PALMS (pta west) I requested the Family Treat 8 but instead of 8 pieces I asked that it should be reduced to 6 pieces, I was told that my request is do able and was quoted and amount of R210 which I agreed to including the R2 donation, I proceeded in giving her R250 and was given change of R41. Which I didn't even count and proceeded to collect my order which was already packaged. Only upon dishing up i notice that my order was incomplete I'm going to enjoy this meal coz I don't have a vehicle to drive up and down for incompetence from a well established business, I will try to forward the receipt as indication of what I got from what I ordered Requested Family Treat but a 6 piece instead of 8 What i received was Family Fiesta meal with mini loafs charge which I never asked for, action is needed

I'm very dissapointe...
I'm very dissapointes with KFC twin Palms, while I was sad about the wring piece given only to find the messy twister wrap...haikhona KFC 😢, is it bcos is morning you serve us messed food??? , presentation and neatness is key...I take my time to get to your shop only to be served wrong food selection and messed food???

I've ordered breakin...
I've ordered breaking wrap breakfast & 1 piece of chicken, requested thigh piece since I don't eat other pieces like center breast or side breast, if not thigh dy cud have given me a drum stick atleast ...worst part I evn repeated myself when ordering to make sure they don't make mistake even the person taking the order verify...however here I am hungry ready to eat & enjoy my food only to find side breast piece 😢, what am I suppose to do with this? My time, energy wasted now my appetite ruined
