bad customer service

It was for the third time that I sent my niece to make a purchase at kfc in tower mall , and asked for specific pieces and they did not put them then my older cousin went and ordered she also asked for specific pieces she got t them,i feel like they judge people based on their looks.They also need to verify orders because there is always an item missing the service was bad.
