KFC THREE RIVERS 😡

I have ordered our order online, so my husband could just go pick it up this evening.

When he got there, he was standing at the counter for 8 minutes, without being helped. He was absolutely just ignore, even though he was the ONLY PERSON at the counter.

When finally assisted, the order was already ready to be fetched for a while.

So just wondering, what would the reason be...??!!

Poor poor service
