Complaining about the poor service

<div>Good day people what a bad day today , the is no customer service at all at the three rivers KFC , I ordered a 9 piece on my voucher only to find out that the machine was only taking the card payment and I had cash , but the machine already took the voucher payment and the assistant manager there took more than 3 hours to help me , even now they have not called , what a poor service</div>
