Unacceptable quality
I am writing this to express my absolute disgust at a food product I bought from KFC Thokoza Value Centre. The item was completely unacceptable and unfit for consumption. This is a massive health and safety hazard, and completely unacceptable for a brand of this scale. Hellopeter does not allow direct photo uploads, but I have clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and receipt. I expect management or consumer care to contact me immediately so I can send these images through and get this

Unacceptable quality

Dismissive and indifferent service from Lwazi
I am disappointed with the service I received at KFC Thokoza Value Centre. I stepped out of the shop for just a little while, and when I came back to collect my food, my order was already packed and sitting out. I tried to show my slip to a staff member named Lwazi to get my food, he wouldn't even look at my slip and just carried on with other orders, ********ly telling me to just wait instead of taking a second to hand me my completed order. Very poor and uncaring customer service.

I bought food for R264 on Tuesday and they double charged me
I bought food for R264 on Tuesday and they double charged me. I went back today and they asked for my last four digits of my account and they couldn’t trace my order and asked for my full card number and still couldn’t trace my order. Asanda was the one that was helping me and said I should check again tomorrow which doesn’t make sense and they couldn’t help me. While I have evidence that they double charged me and I bought in their restaurant
