Bad service

Went an place and ordered for strips and chips,paid and the amount reflected on my account, was then told there money did not go through but I showed them my banking app and it reflected as paid.Told to go to the next windows where I was told by Kgori to go to the waiting area for my food I even joked with her about what her colleagues said and I was going to destroy the establishment if I am not going to get my food.She said jokingly I must tell her when coming to destroy so she can be safe.I then drove to the waiting area and after waiting for over 20 minutes I then checked my app and indeed the transaction was reversed.I then drove away as I was Laredo late for the office.All I needed was for the staff to come and tell.me the payment was reversed I could have paid for my food instead of letting me wait forever with no communication. THE SERVICE IS BAD AND I NOMARLY BUY FROM THEM AS IT IS ON MY WAY TO THE OFFICE.THE SERVICE TODAY WAS SHOCKINGʻ AND EMBARRASSING.
