I am very disappointed in the service given by Yondela today

I am very disappointed in the service given by Yondela today. She was rushing through my order and very impatient. I even tried to advise her that rushing through peoples orders would lead to be incorrect orders . And indeed she mixed up my order, I drove around to explain what happened expecting an apology but she was rude and didn’t care. This is not the first time getting an incorrect order and lack of service from this kfc. I think she needs customer service training.
