DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM KFC THE GLEN

The most disgusting service received from this branch. Would never go back there or eat KFC again. 35 minutes waiting for a drive through order because they don't have chicken. they don't even deserve a one star rating. all they can say is sorry and wait your turn. chicken will be ready soon. then i lodge a complaint with their complaints department only to be told they will refer the matter to the branch. branch calls me to say sorry it will not happen again. no investigation or anything of that sort happened. DISGUSTING.....
