I frequently visit this KFC as it is the closest branch to where I live, but unfortunately, the service is consistently slow and disappointing
I frequently visit this KFC as it is the closest branch to where I live, but unfortunately, the service is consistently slow and disappointing. There is often no cashier available because the same person is handling order collection, or vice versa. This creates unnecessary delays, especially when customers are waiting to be assisted. The ice-cream service is particularly frustrating, as I have waited 15–30 minutes on several occasions before someone assists with the order. Given that the store is situated in a busy residential area with significant foot traffic, I believe management should seriously consider increasing staffing levels. I enjoy supporting this branch because of its convenience, but the consistently poor service is becoming extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the customer experience.

Disappointed
I usually buy jalapeno crunch master from this branch and it's always the best. Best customer service from Fikile and the team. But last night I went there customer service equal to zero. My meal wan so dry and horrible. It is like I've went to different store. I'm highly disappointed
