Terrible experience

I ordered 2 twister larg meals and thy only delivered twisters not the meal, I called customer care and the branch to get this sorted out: the branch said they were sending the missing items and after a long wait I met the driver down stairs to collect, when I got to the apartment I saw they sent me a streetwise 3 chips , which I didn't order. I. Very disappointed, after thy acknowledged the mistake they still make another wrong order which appears as disrespectful, cause how can u make mistake 2times on the same order
