KFC SUCKS!!!

Kfc is so ***********. I bought a box master which was supposed to come with a coke to be home delivered. When the driver got there there was no drink that came with the meal. I then went on to report this on the kfc customer care online and I was sent an sms that they need more details and I should call them on the customer care helpline. What was the reason for me sending my complaint online. Further more, is it not enough that I paid for something that I did not receive which means money in the drain, now I have to call them which will be another cost on my side.
