Complaint Regarding Incorrect and Poor-Quality KFC Stellenbosch Order
Dear Uber Eats Support, KFC Stellenbosch I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my recent KFC order. Firstly, the Double Crunch Burger was extremely disappointing, as it barely had any chicken fillet on it. The portion size was far below what would reasonably be expected and did not represent the product advertised. Secondly, the Streetwise 2 meal was supp**** incorrectly. I specifically requested breast portions in the order instructions, as I do not eat thighs. Despite this clear instruction, thigh pieces were included instead. In addition, the Zinger Wings tasted unpleasant and appeared to be of poor quality. The overall standard of the food was well below expectations. I am disappointed with both the quality of the food and the failure to follow the order instructions. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and an appropriate refund or compensation considered. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
