KFC Steeldale poor service

Poor service ,after I waited 50 minutes for my order ,only to get home and my order was incomplete.i bought family treat 10pcs that supposed to have 2 coleslaw’s and there were not there even tomato sauces or chips spice or salt nothing .I called them and I was told I must come the following day to get the shortages ,so I must drive back to get coleslaw’s.

One time I ordered through drive through and they said I must pack my car they will bring the order ,they completely forgot about me after an hour I went inside to ask ,they just said sorry and that’s it
