Rude KFC drive through Team member

I went to kfc spring west at 22:45 not aware that they dont have a gate. Went to the drive through. Lady on the spesker (Mbali) as i was ordering, instead of telling mr they are closed she said they dont have chicken, i said to her but the gate is still open, she then said i should make sure that i pull the gate very hard and close it. I told her that is not good customer service, she should be nice to customers, otherwise i will report her. She said i should go ahead she doesnt care even if i report her to YUM franchize, it wont matter, i requested to speak to the MOD, there was no resolution. The team members were even laughing at me
