KFC Southdale.. service is not so finger licking good

A month ago I purchased a large order from KFC Southdale. Got home and the order was incomplete yet my payment was complete. I called the Manager who insisted that his staff packed everything I ordered.We went back and forth and eventually I gave up because he made me look and sound like a *****. This past weekend I purchased again from KFC Southdale and before I left I insisted that my order be checked before I leave as I am tired of calling from home after almost every purchase to complain!!!! NOT surprised,my order was incomplete by a WHOLE MEAL AND A DRINK I had already paid for!!! The staff gave me horrible looks because they saw I wasn't happy. The Manager was made aware BY MYSELF that history was becoming a norm at KFC Southdale and all he did was give me a look!!! I reminded him of of conversations earlier in the month. KFC Southdale service is soooooo disappointing and I pray they see their wrongs instead of hiding behind the counters as if they are always right and customers are wrong by PAYING in full and not getting the items ordered,mevermind their service which is already so low!!!
