Kfc appalling service

We ordered at KFC Soshanguve Crossing, on the App for delivery. Order was placed at 5:20pm. The driver sent a Whatsapp at 5:30pm to ask for the address. 19:15 the guys arrived. Very cold abd dry.. No update was provided regarding the delay. This service is unacceptable. We are paying for a service. It's not for free, nor is it a favour to customers.
