Very bad experience

I went to kfc today during lunchtime I ordered sweet chili twister meal with a mash and gravy the lady that packed the meal did not close the mash properly and the add extras even tho I said no extras the mash fell out and my meal was soggy I said no tomatoes on the twister but the put anyways it's the fourth time experiencing this bad service very unhappy about my experience with Kfc
