unhappy customer

Order number 294 on 19/11/2024 at KFC N17 I ordered 2x streetwise 2 pap, and at first the cashier told me that there is no pap, fortunately the supervisor was around and reprimanded them, and that is when they changed their mind and gave me the pap. I also bought 6 chicken nuggets, and when I asked for the dip sauce, the cashier told me that I only get it when I buy 9 chicken nuggets. Since when is this the case? How am I supposed to eat dry chicken nuggets? totally unacceptable!!!
