Unhappy customer

I am very unhappy with the service I received from KFC Sandton city ,I ordered food for lunch on Friday ,the driver did arrive hand over the order at that time I made a card payment and did give him the code before he left I noticed my order didn't have a drink I than asked the delivery guy he told me he wasn't given one,I asked him to open the food to make sure it was the correct order only to find out it was an incorrect order ,he suggested to go rectify and come back ,till today the app rep**** and said I did receive my order because of the pin which was given to their driver ,can I get my money .
