I ordered food at KFC Sandton and asked for specific portion to be included in meal, the cashier advised that the portion were available.. then came my order only to find that is the wrong portions, I asked them to change for me but MITCHELLE staff member gave me attitude and even made a fool out of me..I was totally not impressed with her service and behavior, that is not how you treat the customers, to think that my collegues and I would order more often, but after what she did, I would rather drive to a different KFC.
