Bad customer service

The service I got at Kfc Sam Ntuli Mall was horrible, I ordered Jalapeño crunch master meal when I arrived home I saw that they didn't put what I ordered they gave me large chips and Chilli cheese fries. I had to drive back to Kfc to take back that order and still what I ordered didn't taste nice the food was horrible.
