Disgusting service
KFC ON 22 FINSBURY ROAD, there is a lady named DIEKETSENG KALANE who has the most atrocious attitude ever she should not be the in the forefront of the communications/ordering department she needs to be trained on how to speak to customer and people in general if she had a rough childhood she should not take it out on us customers, she slammed the window whilst I was still speaking to her, I called her out in her attitude and still did not care or see the need to apologize

New KFC worse service for the year
New KFC opened on Albertina Sisulu road..why open if you are not ready to help customers I idedeled more than 100 patrol in the drive thru waited for more than 45 minutes that is the worst service for this year I actually had to download hello Peter just for this KFC...i will not put foot there again it refer family to this KFC

Disgusting service KFC Marcel Walk witpoortjie
I orders family feast 10 got 8 pieces ,they always do that .i have never had my full order . Since I have been ordering from them I have always complained they don’t pack full order of what we payed for I have had to go back for wings ,cold drink and mash this time its two pieces .i called and complained spoke to Gugu the manager and she said she will send some one since I don’t stay far , no one contacted me guess I have to spend my airtime to follow up .I am so disappointed at their service imagine waiting for almost an hour old to get incomplete order.Maybe one should go on social media to get get attention.
