KFC RIVER PARK

To KFC management and drive thru staff members this experience we had today as a family was really bad 👎 and I know on drive thru customer can't wait for food but having your ice-cream that's not even close to right being shafted in your hand and asking the lady to give u a minute to properly crab hold of this flimsy cartbox that hold 4 cones at a time not good in drive thru if fall on the floor and they refused to refused or replace it because the are over worked and has bad attitude towards paying customers second of all we asked for a family treat and two snack burgers they got the hoke order wrong when we got home we ended up with a street wise 5 very u happy a journey from where we stay not good at all petrol waisted on a restaurant with staff members with bad customer service and very disrespectful because they have drive targets.

Who ever reads this please respond to my call for help as this ain't right towards myself and my family we will not be going to River Park KFC again.
