It's funny how there are no place to upload photo's or video's for your complaints,as if they dont want you to be able to prove the truth.

Companies in South Africa are getting away with so much these days,there is no professionalism,no quality control, no effort. Consumer protection act is a joke!

I have made so many complaints on KFC's website that I'm now trying something else (Hopefully getting through to somebody). When you complain on their website all you get is an automatic response telling you how important your opinion is to them & that someone will be contacting you shortly (yeah right) No effort is even remotely given!

Another amazing trade that KFC South Africa has that separates them from any other fast food franchises is that they are the only ones that when you go to a drive through and place your order,they tell you to go wait in the parking lot and they will bring your order to you,once again a disappointment when you sit in their parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for your food and you have to get out your car to go ask them about your order "Brilliant service" what is the use of having a drive through,it's more of a inconvenience than just walking in!

The cost of all the meals have gone up ridiculously,but the portions have reduced to 50% on some items (mash & gravy,chips). The hot wings are sometimes so small that they must be using baby chicks (Definitely no chicken can be that small) not even a baby bite size!
