KFC bad customer service

One of the burgers on my order was given with the too part of the tomato that normally gets removed still there. I then logged a complaint on their contact us page on their app and they had me emailing all sorts of proof… once I gave them images of the problem their resolution to the matter was an apology. Which I don’t even accept since I didn’t get that burger for free..
